Sr. Project Manager
Project manager on site, coordinates completion of all deliverables which includes, financial reports and analysis, contract close out, audit support, budget planning and execution, analysis and review of property and depreciation accounts and prepare and present financial statement to upper management.
- Twelve years' relevant experience, with at least fice in a lead or project management role
- Must possess excellent oral and writeen communication skills and the ability to conduct business briefings and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business and or finance. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Responsible for managing a project of higher risk and complexity and/or part of a larger program
- Ensures required resources such as manpower, production, computer time, and facilities are available
- Has supervisory responsibility for hiring and firing, as well as salary and performance management
- Plans and monitors project under direction of a Program Manager or Director.

Director, Business Development
This position is ultimately responsible for the success of the Business Development Department. The incumbent will define, develop and achieve company strategic goals and policies; develop, implement and drive overall business development strategies and detailed planning; manage and provide final approval of company's business offers and proposals; work with business development managers to develop new customers and partners; provide oversight and direction to business development managers; build successful business development team by exercising effective recruitment and retention techniques; analyze assigned markets and quality potential clients; contact business with CentralPoint's service offerings; develops strategies to grow CentralPoint's business within market utilizing the full breadth of product and service offerings; maintain and increase our client base through proactive relationships; interact with operation's team members and coordinates meetings with clients and team to build strong relationships; creates and presents proposals that include cost analysis and pricing structures that are consistent with CentralPoint's business plan; establish and maintain apporopriate networking relationships through involvement in the community and civic organizations in order to enhance referral opportunities; maintain open and positive communication with government agencies about what CentralPoint can do for them; examine competitors' incumbent contracts and determines what value can be added by CentralPoint in an effort to win the contract; contribute to propoasal writing process; grow business pipeline by using SalesNet as well as government business search databases; maintain key awareness of competitors and their status with government; manage federal contracts during the complete contracting cycle from the company's initial response to client requirements, through company performance, to contract closeout.
- Four-year degree in business or related field.
- Seven to ten years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Good use of verbal and written communication and a must possess the ability and aptitude to learn and progress in the position.
- Prior work record must include dependability and conscientiousness.
- Ability to travel out of office on daily basis with some overnight regional travel as well.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Good understanding of government contracts and how they work.
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulation.
- Prior supervisory experience with proven ability to lead and direct others.
