DHS GSA Strategic Sourcing BPA (BAH)
GSA 8(a) STARS, Contract No. GS-06F-0264Z - a government-wide acquisition contract designed to promote availability and access to proven small businesses and 8(a) technology providers when agencies purchase technology solutions for the federal government. STARS is an acronym for Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services. This is a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract vehicle with a three-year base and two, two-year option periods. It is divided into eight distinct functional areas designated by the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). The order value cannot exceed $3 million per Task Order for either the Department of Defense or federal civilian agencies. This contract has a maximum turn-around of 30 days during the period of procurement.
GSA Schedule 70, Contract No. GS-35F-0578P - a government-wide contract which provides federal agencies with access to over four million IT and telecommunications hardware, software, and professional products and services. Currently, more than 4000 awarded contractors are on Schedule 70. This contract vehicle is active for a five-year period, plus three separate five-year option periods. A modification process allows new items to be added to the contract vehicle, assuring that customers have access to the most current technology over the life-span of a Schedule 70 contract.
GSA MOBIS (Management, Organizational and Business improvement Schedule) 874, Contract No. GS-10F-0101R - is a government wide acquisition contract that provides for a full range of services and products for consulting, facilitation, surveying, training, privatization support, program management, alternative dispute resolution, and related support products. Services support the system-wide model of management excellence and performance improvement embodied in programs such as, the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award (MBNQA), the Presidents Award for Quality (PAQ), National Partnership for Reinvention (NPR) initiatives, the Government Performance and Results Act, Presidents Management Agenda, and/or individual agency management plans and strategies. The objective of MOBIS is to provide all Federal agencies with access to the finest management consulting available in the commercial sector.
FABS (Financial and Business Solutions) Schedule 520, Contract No. GS – 23F – 0238S - a government wide contract that provides solutions to various financial dilemmas through a wide range of auditing, financial management, financial asset and business information services and accommodates any financial services assistance needed. FABS offers access to the industry’s foremost companies that provide financial services to assist Federal agencies with all aspects of our asset origination, portfolio-identification, valuation, administration, management, monitoring, marketing, selling and disposal of various assets. Some of the various types of Government assets include loans, revenue streams, real property, or intangible assets. It is also the ideal tool to help you meet the requirements of the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996. This is a multiple award schedule contract vehicle with three five year options. FABS is divided into sixteen functional areas that all provide professional financial services. The maximum order threshold is broken out on a SIN-by-SIN basis. For SINs 520-1 through 520-15 the threshold is $1 million per SIN. For 520-16 the threshold is $500,000.
